First, we meet with you to see if we are a good fit. We work with clients who want full-service, who don’t want to make decisions related to marketing, revenue management, staff hiring and oversight, cleaning protocols, and all the other decisions we make every day to ensure our clients yield the best results. 

Upon contract signing, we get to work. We do an initial inventory, order and stock supplies, set up the supply closet, do a deep clean, stage the property for photos and oversee the shoot, choose photos, and caption and set them in a logical order on all listings, including Airbnb, VRBO, Harmonized Getaways, Booking.com and Google Travel. 

We handle all guest inquiries, reservations, cancellations, damage claims, cleaners, and maintenance. We provide financial reporting, and an owner’s portal to see calendars and make owner reservations.
